Do you deliver and setup?

Yes! Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jumps courteous drivers will deliver and set up each Fun Jump to the cities of Salinas, Monterey, Prunedale, Castroville, Chualar, Gonzales, Soledad, Marina, FT Ord, Seaside, Del Rey Oaks, Carmel Valley, and surrounding areas and insure that it is clean and in good working condition well before your party starts and come back to take it down after the party is over. Set up normally takes about 10 - 15 minutes, and take down is about 15 - 20 minutes. This service is included in your rental cost

What kind of power is required?

Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jumps plug into a standard 110 household outlet. We will supply the cord, and we ask that nothing else be plugged into the outlet we are utilizing. Placement of the Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jumps should be no more than 50ft from that outlet. If you would like to set up a Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jumps at a park or place without an electrical outlet within 50ft, let us know and we can arrange to use a generator for an addition charge.

Can your jumpers be rented overnight?

Yes! Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jumps can be rented for extended periods of time or over night as long as it is set up in a gated secure area. There will be an extra charge. Please call for pricing.

What about rain and wind?

Here a Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jumps we use common sense when it comes to weather. if it is raining too hard or if the wind is blowing too hard we will have to come and take down the activity. Once the unit is set up there are NO REFUNDS due to mother nature.

What type of surface can your jumpers be set on?

The safest surface is a level, grassy area. However we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify when ordering which surface we will be setting up on and we will make sure we utilize the proper anchors for the event.

Are you a member of the Salinas Mother's Club?

Just show us a copy of your club newsletter with your name on it and Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jumps will give you a $10.00 discount on your jump.

Do you do large or corporate events?

Yes We Do.. We do many large Company, Corporate, Festivals, and Events alike, of all sizes.  No Job is to small or to big. Please give us a call and we can create a package for your specific event.

Are you insured

Yes. All of our Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jumps are insured. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent a Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jump are required to sign a liability waiver prior ro set up. Contact us for a copy if needed. We CANNOT set up the Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jump until the liability waiver is signed.

Can I have my party at a park?

Yes. Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jumps are great for parks. Some cities require that you have reservations or permits in order to have a Cathy's Action Packed Fun Jump at the park. Also check to see if electricity will be available. If not we can arrange for a generator.
